Walk the floors

From street level to the mezzanine

01 / Ground

The Main Hall

Step off Hay Street into a wall of light and sound. The main hall runs 96 machines in long arcade rows — classic hanemono up front, modern digital units at the back. Ball rental, change machines and the floor host desk sit at the entrance so you can settle in fast.

02 / Mezzanine

The Lounge Floor

A carpeted, low-lit level above the hall with 40 low-noise premium machines, leather seating and table service. This is where our VIP lounge members settle in for long evening sessions.

03 / Counter

Prize Redemption Wall

Every ball you win counts. The redemption counter wraps the third floor — electronics, figures, premium Japanese whisky, and gift cards all priced in balls, with the catalogue updated weekly.

04 / Events

The Showdown Arena

A roped-off bank of tournament machines with live scoring screens and a seated gallery. Home of Thursday league nights, charity challenges and private hire events.

Word on the floor

What our regulars say

"Flew to Sydney for work, found this place by accident, ended up staying three nights in a row. The lounge floor is unreal."

— Daniel K., Melbourne

"Hosts actually teach you the machines instead of just taking your money. Won my first jackpot on night two."

— Priya S., Chatswood

"Booked the arena for my 30th. Forty mates, a bracket, a trophy — best birthday I've ever organised."

— Marcus T., Surry Hills

"The vintage row is pure nostalgia. Feels like Osaka in 1985, but ten minutes from Central Station."

— Kenji W., Brisbane

Good to know

The questions we hear most at the door — answered. Can't find yours? Check the full FAQ or ask our team.

Floor host helping a new player
Do I need experience to play?

None at all. Most of our guests have never touched a pachinko machine before walking in. Floor hosts run a free five-minute orientation, and our 90-minute beginner masterclass covers everything from ball control to reading payout patterns.

Is this gambling?

No cash gambling takes place in the club. You rent steel balls for play, win more balls as prizes, and trade balls at the redemption wall for merchandise and gift cards — the classic Japanese parlour model.

What does a session cost?

Drop-in sessions start at A$25 per hour including a starter tray of 500 balls. The lounge floor starts at A$59. Members save 20% across the board — see the full price list for packages and group rates.

Can I book the club for a group?

Absolutely — the arena seats 40 and whole floors are available for private hire. We run birthdays, bucks nights, social club outings and full corporate packages with catering.

What are the age and dress rules?

The club is strictly 18+ and ID is checked at the door. Dress code is smart casual — no thongs after 8pm on the lounge floor.
