How fast do you confirm bookings?
Same day, usually within two hours during opening times. Event quotes take up to 24 hours because we check machine and staff availability properly.
Where do I park?
Market City's own car park off Thomas Street — bring your ticket and we validate three free hours with any session.
Do you take walk-ins?
Always — sessions, tournaments and the masterclass are all walk-in friendly. Only booths, private hire, corporate and rental need booking ahead.
