QuarterlyEvents FAQ
Tournament rules, entry and bookings — answered. Anything else, ask the events team.
Do I need to be good to enter tournaments?
No — the Showdown and league use handicapped brackets, so rookies regularly beat seeded players. Plenty of our finalists started with the masterclass.
How do I enter a tournament?
Show up with an active session — qualifying heats are free. The big Saturday Showdown is A$35 entry including warm-up. League season entry is A$120 or free for members.
Can I book the arena for a private event?
Yes — the arena seats 40 players + 60 spectators and is available on non-tournament nights. See private event hire for packages.
Are spectators allowed?
Always — the arena gallery seats 60 and spectators get in free. It's genuinely fun to watch, especially finals.
What happens if I can't make a booked event?
Free rescheduling up to 24 hours out; prepaid entries refund in full with 48+ hours notice — the details are in our refund policy.
Thursday is league night. Be there.
Walk in any Thursday from 5:30pm, grab a session and you're in the bracket. Or book a private event and make the night yours entirely.
