How our pricing actually works
You pay for time, not outcomes
Sessions are billed by the hour — your ball tray is part of the deal. Winnings are balls, traded for prizes at the wall. No cash is ever paid out on the floor.
Discounts stack sensibly
Member (20%) and group (15%) rates apply to the base session price — the bigger saving wins, they don't combine. Packages already include their own discount.
Easy changes & refunds
Move a booking free up to 24h out. Full refunds on prepaid sessions cancelled 48+ hours ahead — details in our refund policy.

All questionsDo I pay for the balls separately?
Your session includes a 500-ball starter tray. Top-ups during play are A$10 per 500 balls, or A$18 per 1,000. Any balls you win stay on your card for redemption or future visits.
Is there a cheaper time to visit?
Weekdays before 5pm are our quiet hours — same prices, but more machine choice and shorter redemption queues. Package deals offer the best dollar value any night.
How do member discounts apply?
Members get 20% off sessions, lounge access and most event entries — just show your member card or app at the desk. Membership details.
Can I split a package across two visits?
Packages are designed for a single evening, but High Roller can be split across two nights if you tell the host desk when booking. Unused package hours don't roll over.
Do gift cards expire?
Gift cards are valid for 12 months and work on any service or merchandise at the redemption wall. Gift card options.
