Every function room in Sydney looks the same. A bank of glowing pachinko machines with your name on the leaderboard does not. Private hire gives you a roped-off machine section — twenty units minimum — with your own hosts, your own catering station and your own prize table at the end.
We handle the format: a warm-up round, a team tournament bracket, or a free-play night — your call. Non-players get lounge seating, the izakaya menu and a viewing rail right behind the action. The guest of honour gets a custom-engraved trophy ball to take home.

What Private Event Hire costs
The base package covers ten guests, twenty machines, two hosts and three hours. Larger groups price out at roughly A$65 per additional guest. Full-floor takeovers for up to 80 people start at A$3,900 — ask for a tailored quote.

How private hire actually runs
Your section stays private for the booked window — the rest of the floor stays open unless you've hired the whole parlour. Outside catering isn't permitted but the izakaya kitchen covers everything from platters to full menus. Music volume follows the venue's standard levels.
Booked twenty machines for my 30th and it was the easiest party I've ever thrown. The tournament bracket made the whole night run itself.

All club questionsHow far ahead should I book?
Two weeks minimum for a section, four to six for a full-floor takeover. Saturday nights in November and December go earlier still.
Can we play a tournament format?
Yes — it's the most popular option. We seed your guests into a bracket, run a live leaderboard and finish with a prize ceremony.
What about guests who don't want to play?
They get lounge seating behind your machine bank with full access to the izakaya menu. Plenty of people come just for the atmosphere.
Do you do kids' or family events?
No — the venue is strictly 18+ at all times, including private events. No exceptions, even for supervised minors.
