Entry is strictly 18+ — photo ID required, no exceptions. We can refuse entry or ask you to leave for intoxication, disorderly conduct, machine tampering, or behaviour that makes other guests or staff uncomfortable.
On the floor: follow host instructions, don't tamper with machines or other guests' trays, keep filming to your own machines (with host permission), and treat the prize wall and redemption counter like the retail counter it is.

All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST. We may change pricing with notice — posted prices at the venue and on the site are current. Corporate and event bookings bill per the written quote.
Payment is by card or cash at the venue. Online purchases (when available) are processed by our payment provider — we never see or store your card number.
The site is for information and bookings — you can browse freely, submit genuine enquiries and link to our pages. You can't scrape it, misrepresent your enquiry, submit false bookings or use the site unlawfully.
Content on the site is provided in good faith — machine availability, event dates and pricing can change, and the venue's posted information takes precedence over the site where they differ.
We can suspend venue access, memberships or site features for breaches of these terms — serious breaches (tampering, harassment, illegal conduct) mean permanent exclusion and where appropriate, police referral.
We update these terms occasionally — the date above shows the current version. Continued use after changes means acceptance; material changes get a notice period for members.
